Lee Gipson, Branch Manager

Following 25 years of experience in sales and sales/marketing management in the gas and oil gathering, transmission, processing and exploration industries, Lee entered the residential mortgage arena in 2001.  With his vast background in sales and management coupled with an extensive knowledge of mortgage programs and guidelines, Lee easily relates to a wide range of clients—from first time homebuyers to seasoned executives.  He has developed a strong reputation throughout Houston and The Woodlands as an honest, hard-working and extremely dependable loan originator.  Lee derives 100% of his business as referrals from his previous customers, real estate agents, financial planners, accountants and attorneys who have experienced his high level of service first-hand and generally have professional reputations at stake. 

Karen Neil, Operations Manager

Karen has nearly 20 years of experience in all aspects of residential mortgage processing.  She is very intuitive and has worked closely with mortgage underwriters for so long that she has developed a very keen “sixth sense” as to what they need and want regarding support documentation within a file.   Karen also posses a strong work ethic, is extremely motivated and organized and has excellent time-management and communication skills.  In a nutshell….she is a “Loan Closing Machine.”
